Mandy has exhibited her work in many different places. Her first exhibition was in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1980 and in the UK her first show was in Hale in Cheshire. This was followed by subsequent shows in Llandudno, Amersham, London, Ilkely, Johannesburg to name a few. However her very first public appearance was at the Tryon Gallery exhibiting a drawing of a muscovy duck in her Fathers one-man show. The Tryon Gallery have been showing her work for the past 30yrs and continue to do so.
Since embarking on her military work Mandy has 18 large drawings displayed at the Britannia Naval College, Dartmouth and paintings hanging with the Army Air Corps at Middle Wallop and Wattisham, with the Royal Navy at Fleet Headquarters Portsmouth, Staff Training, Devonport and RNAS Culdrose and RNAS Yeovilton, and with the Royal Air Force at RAF Benson. She also has paintings in the wardrooms of HMS Illustrious and Ark Royal and those of HMS Edinburgh, Clyde and Glasgow.
She has published two books to date "The Falkland Islands - an artist’s portfolio" and "Flag Officer Sea Training” for the Navy. She is presently researching her third commissioning book for the new and innovative Type 45 frigate HMS Daring. Her next solo exhibition will be in the autumn in Harrogate at the Sutcliffe Galleries.
Mandy also supports the David Shepherd Conservation Foundation of which she is a fellow Vice-President and Falklands Conservation of which she is Vice-Chairman and trustee.
