This page describes how we process your order and prepare for shipping.



How are items from your order despatched ?
Items are dispatched from Infinartum to you and our standard shipping rates and policies will apply.

All items are sent to you via one of our couriers on their standard delivery service. After you place an order, the despatch date and estimated delivery date for your goods will be confirmed by e-mail. Infinartum also handles all customer service and product returns.

Undeliverable items
When our courier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund against your order, excluding the delivery and return charges. There are a number of reasons why a package is considered undeliverable, some of which are listed below :-
  • Incorrect Address - if the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the courier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

  • Address Format - if a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognise, the package may accidentally be despatched via a courier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper couriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.

  • Other Address Problems - if the order is being dispatched to a secure area, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or courier. These restrictions are determined by each institution and may vary.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts - our couriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages will normally require a signature. If the courier feels that nobody is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Refused by Recipient - if the recipient at the address is not expecting delivery of goods ordered by someone else, they may believe it was sent to them in error. If you want to place a new order, you should let all possible recipients at the delivery address know that the goods will be delivered.
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order online via our website.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 1 week from the estimated delivery date, please contact us by email, telephone, or in writing, by using the contact details found on our Support page.

Estimated Delivery Dates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched from our office. Estimated despatch dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can pick, check, pack and inspect your order and prepare for despatch.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated despatch dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our office to your destination address.

Sometimes we will update our delivery estimates based on the most recent information we have, so please remember to check your email for any updates we send.

Value Added Tax
All prices shown include VAT ( except our books, which are zero-rated for VAT purposes ). When a zero-rated VAT item, such as a book, is ordered together with a fully rated VAT item, VAT must also be charged on the total cost of postage and packing.

Delivery Costs
Our standard delivery cost is £ 10 per delivery for items sent within the UK, alternatively collection can be arranged free of charge from our office address. For International orders, delivery costs vary depending on location and weight of goods being sent.
